If you do something well, and want to grow, we can assist in the identification and documentation of program ideas and service models. We work with organisations, communities and stakeholders to brainstorm, consult, research and review program models either pre or post funding acquisition.

Commissioning and Procurement Consultancy
We support organisations to commission funding to community groups for the delivery of targeted programs. Specialising in the support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander program commissioning, our services include the development of program models with community stakeholders and extend to support in the implementation and assessment of applications, co-design initiatives, and capacity-building with potential providers.
Previous and existing projects
ABORIGINAL CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
We have worked with Primary Health Networks, non-government service providers and Aboriginal Health Services to co-design and implement the delivery of Closing the Gap and Integrated Care Programs in various regions of NSW.
CONSUMER-DIRECTED AGED CARE SERVICES
Working with a large Aged Care Provider of community, centre-based and residential care services, we assisted with funding application, service design, policy and accreditation system development and staff training to deliver high quality aged care.
DISABILITY SERVICE MODELLING
We worked with a rural disability provider to develop person-centred day programs for people with dementia. We worked with the Board, staff, consumers and families to develop service priorities, then developed strategies to execute the program with key stakeholders.
