Training Design and Delivery
Our team have extensive experience in the delivery of training and curriculum products in a variety of settings, including schools, government services, Registered Training Organisations, health services and other national and international community training providers. We also work with specific communities to develop targeted training solutions to meet identified community needs.
Previous and existing projects
Aboriginal Community Initiatives
Our team have worked closely with Aboriginal communities to develop tailored training programs that recognise First Peoples’ world views as a foundation for health and wellbeing while also encompassing ‘newer’ Western science to build knowledge ‘toolkits’ within communities. We work with remote communities to offer programs in community languages, using a variety of teaching and learning methods.
Cultural Immersion and Competency Training
We work closely with various schools and other education institutions to design and deliver training programs to support the integration of culture and diversity (generally) into school environments. This includes working with teachers, decision makers/leaders or counsellors, to develop targeted wellbeing programs, curriculum support, cultural immersion activities or planning activities.
We design and deliver a range of training products to the primary health sector through our work with Primary Health Networks. These have included the development and delivery of RACGP accredited cultural competency training, as well as skills-based mental health training.
